About Us

Joe has been in search of his niche to fill his days since moving to Northern Iowa with his wife JoAnn and now four children. He spent eight years as a sales agronomist learning the importance of customer service. Growing up on a family owned dairy farm has given him an appreciation for high quality work and food! So it is no surprise, he found his passion to lie in meat processing. His excitement for meat has led him to building a brand new locker in Whittemore, IA. He plans to continue the legacy of quality meat processing in this welcoming community by learning the ropes from renowned butchers, Bill Richter and his wife Cathie.
